"Having reached retirement age my wife and I decided we no longer wanted the ongoing care and maintenance problems of a large house and garden; both of which were making increasing demands on time we felt would be better spent visiting countries and places we had not been to previously and enjoying more fully our other hobbies. After much deliberation, we embarked on a search on a smaller house or apartment better suited to our new requirements.
Over the course of several months we viewed many new and old properties searching for a residence that offered us in a good location, a secure and easily managed space, sufficient for our changed lifestyles and built to the highest standards.

Although many of the properties we viewed had much to recommend them none of them actually met the criteria we had set for ourselves until in late 2006, we found ‘Manor Court’ a Bellco Ltd Development of thirteen apartments in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. Within minutes of viewing the show flat and the development as a whole we knew our search was at an end. We were particularly impressed by the obvious care and planning that had gone into the development generally and it’s excellent ‘Build Quality’, we were also delighted by the unfailing patience, and courtesy shown us by the selling agents and by the developer, Steve Bell and his team, not only on our initial visits but unfailingly throughout the whole subsequent buying and moving in process.
We are now happily resident at Manor Court, enjoying our newfound leisure time in the comfort of our beautifully designed and built apartment, secure in the knowledge that should we have a problem Steve Bell is at the end of the telephone. Our only regret…..it took us so long to find and his company."

My wife Debbie and I purchased our Bellco developed home in 2003. We were shortly to be getting married with the hope of starting a family and moving into our dream home really was the icing on the cake.
We viewed a number of properties but new instantly 2 Holly Farm Cottages was for us. The attention to detail in the design and development of this a character property really was of the highest standard, something we had not seen matched in other developments.
Five years on, the family has grown! And we are happier than ever in our home. We have made some small alterations including the fitting of a new bathroom. Again this was completed by Bellco and again they achieved their usual exceptionally high standard of work.
From our previous experience of buying a new build the developer really didn’t want any involvement with us once completion had taken place. Refreshingly this was not the case with Bellco, so much so that Steve has now become a close friend!
