Bellco Developments are proud to announce that we were awarded two Gold Standard Awards by the LABC this year.

We were recognized by both Gedling Borough Council and the Newark & Sherwood District Council.

Our Building Control Manager, David Ewing was so impressed with our work at Linby House that he personally took photographs and entered the redevelopment into the Local Building Excellence Awards 2009.

We are delighted to have been given two Gold Standard awards for Best Housing Development Conversion and Best 5+ Housing site.
